Termination

We may terminate your access to our Services at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Supercop regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. You may not assign these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment without such consent will be null and void. We may assign these Terms of Service without restriction.
